We have in each city where you can see the top 3 mobsters with the best stats. What if we added a weekly head moster for each city. the person who makes the most kills in a city would be Head Mobster of that city for the week. They would earn game respect and a set amount of points or cash depending on how many attacks were done in that city. Citys with a higher population would have a higher payout because it would be harder to make the most attacks.
Could get people to lvl and travle more, could help make more active.

+1s it will make ppl atack even more and respect will be gained by doing it so i like it maybe even have a top 10 Head Mobster, all cityes added in that top 10  ?? something just like moth but with 10 spots, not 5

Easily more people attacking, but i don't see this helping level. 90% of people will be fighting over NJ, in which people will only be attacking level 1s.
Get it so that you only get a point towards the Head of the city if it's from someone you get Experience from, and it would get people leveling, more than likely.
But the problem with anything to do with attacking: After a few weeks, the commotion about getting the head of the city will die down, and only a couple of people will fight for it, like what has happened with GoTD.
~A~ and I~O are the only gangs that go for it anymore. Give it something extra, that actually gives people a chance, besides just those who have the most points to go for it, and it might get somewhere. But anything that deals with attacking will be solely focused on by a few people who are always on the side of attacking constantly for GoTD.
So -1 from me, need features that will help the entire game, rather than the richest players.

I think thid would be more like moth then anything because you wouldnt need a gang to help win it. Its by player only. Lots of people still go for moth and this could be an interest to new players. Theres more then one city so lots of chances for someone to win rich or not. Could also get people to go for as many citys as they can could even make a new metal for it. ( be head mobster in 5 citys in one week and get the metal).
I like the add one that you would only get a point for the attacks you get exp from.

That as well, it's just an add on to MoTh.. We get double credit really, for Attacking, with GoTD and MoTH.
Head of a City for a day, i don't think will help much..
And since you said it's player based. I'd say no respect gained, since then it will become Gang based, and the entire gang will support one player with points for it, instead of everyone going for it. And then the rest of the players throwing small points down for GoTD.
We've got too many bonuses for Attacking as it is.. Most people that go for MoTH, are going for GoTD in total, unless they threw a few points in that hour, and got lucky, while trying to level.
In the last 24 hours, the MoTH has been: 2 TRG 6 I~O 1 T~T 10 ~A2 5 ~A~
It's based on who's going for GoTD, since other people don't try generally anymore, since they know people are throwing points down, for GoTD each hour. Move away from new prizes for attacking, and more for the other features of the game.. All the features that have been added recently have been for attacking.. We need more than just attacking features..

That wouldn't really do much of anything, unless you make an actual currency of sort to buy personal benefits from.. If you just mean, give say like 2,400 points(24 hours of MoTH) to the person who gets the most MoTH's of the day, or the higher add of of Attacks done by MoTH through that day, i'd be fine with that, since it has been talked in the past, but the respect part wouldn't do much.
People don't generally respect anyone more because they get GoTD, or MoTH..

The top 5 MoTH players, also have to spend multiple thousands of points to get there, in which they also have to have extremely good internet and computers, in which is not for everyone to get..
If they win in multiple cities on the same day, it takes out the option of multiple chances, since one person is going city to city to take them all..

Thats why its a comp between all game players have to work hard and be active to beat those players useing points.
Everything in this game cant be all about holding hands.

Nor do we need a thousand features about who's going to attack the most today..
I'd be fine if you take out the idea of someone can take more than one city in a day. and Can only get a point towards this from people they gain experience from.

This is not a daily comp but a weekly one.
And making it so you can only win one city a week is ok with me and like I said im also ok with only attacks that give you exp.
Both ideas would make it so that people useing points wouldnt be the only ones winning.

I agree. And with that, more players would end up leveling, if it can only be won by those who have experience. Lower levels would have a higher chance, since they have a LOT more people that they can attack.
But rather instead of how many people they attack that week, how about it be how much Experience gained from attacking is gained that week?

It could be like for every 1k exp you gain from attacking is 1 point towards your total. I like that alot
