Just cause they would buy it, doesn't mean they needed to.
the 100% increase will do the same work really.
There's two items for strength either way, unless you count the Autumn boots that have a small increase. Where as there are 3 for defense. There's an advantage right there. Add it all up, and right now there's only about a 10% advantage for strength over defense.
but as Mach stated, there was no complaints at all from any defense players when there was a higher Defense % over all, than there was a Strength %. And Strength players complained minimally. Now that there's an advantage for strength players, You're opening complaining, cause you no longer have that slight adtantage.

there was from speed players about defense players about defense gear
id love to see the equal, same % on defense as its on strength
that shoulodnt be a problem, should it ?

Only reason I mentioned new gear should be added is because it's pretty stupid for ppl to lvl up when they don't benefit from it business wise (new item sales) But let's do the convenient thing and stop talking about this and focus on what the topic is really about. New levels. I know for a fact BK suggested more levels, but was ignored by admin. If admin doesn't reply to him, why would he be interested in exp packs, if there's nothing to gain in the new levels/cities... Therefor, if more levels are gonna be added, I think there should be no more exp packs (and to those who blame me for the initial xp packs: I suggested them among other things because admin wanted to bring something new. Not just another gear or points pack) and that there should definitely be new gear available.
For complaints about the recent added exp packs: please create a topic and state your opinions there.
Now about adding new levels... Finally.. Exp should be worked out properly this time, and maybe certain things can be implemented to help ppl gain exp, apart from doing crimes and hiring failmuggers and mugging, and attacking. The maximum of fm contracts one can post should be increased, cuz the main reason I stopped lvling is because it's too much work to keep count manually, and it's a drag to have several ppl approach you daily to ask where they're at with their fm's. Adding new ways to gain exp => makes the game more interesting Increasing the max # of fmc's => makes the game more enjoyable and less like work..

I'd be fine with it being equal, so long as the Armor Costs the same as the Weapon.
Only way it would be fair is if that was how it would be set up.
Heck. remake a whole set.
150% Weapon
110% Armor
25% Strength Gloves 25% Defense Gloves
75% Speed Shoes(there's been absolutely nothing for Speed besides the actual item sets since level 52)
40% Defense Hat 25% Speed Hat
That seem fair for stats?
Adds up to 175% strength 175% Defense 100% speed.
Prices determines later.
Back at new levels:
I'd say raise it actually to level 100, and remove the 10mill per level after 55, but not make it as high as it was before.
We definitely need new ways to gain experience, those need to be brainstormed, so it's just not an empty comment.
And more FM contracts would definitely help..
I only hired FMer's with the FM contracts thing, and it took forever, because at most i could have 7 FMers, and then only if i posted three up when i had 4 taken.

i do agree, but i think keeping the same number of accepted contracts, 5 my opinion

For the the experience thing:
Return it to 25% more experience needed than the last level, IMO.
But start level 1 to level 2 down from 457, to 200.
It'd make it so it's much easier to level, and make it a much smaller value for level 55 to 60 than what it was before.. It'd be closer to 65 - 70 where it got to that high, i believe.

im with you mach.. Now that we have modified way to level and put on a base how bout dragging that to level 100 upto 100 you need 10m exp per level 100 - 125 you need 12m exp per level 125 - 150 you need 15m exp per level
so that there is really something to do....
its not that new items need to be brought into the games.. U can set them at level 80 - 90 - 100 which gives admin time to setup and think about what he wants them to be and i mean at each level have a complete set, unless choose to break it down at 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95,, 100.. that way half way something actually paid off
Increase the exp gaining by attacks to 15 levels up and 15 levels down.. so that not everyone wants to gain exp by failmugs..
i get onilne just to collect from pimphouse and noting much to do.. yea i have pts in market because i get messages of ppl wanting to buy few pts and cant find it so i leave em a higher price if someone really wants them..
Credit market needs to have a rental fee if the credits are there for more than 24hrs.. Due to the reason price just inflating like crazy
i've got more ideas and thoughts to bring to table but can only do it.. if game is progressing rather than just at an halt..
hopefully something can get moving..

so that ppl dont just put 10 contracts [example, as idk how many you sugest to be added] and wait for the muggers to come some effort is needed imo
but its up to admin, so he will decide, it was my opinion

how bout this.
you get the 5 base contract slots, and it costs for example 500 points to buy an extra one?(not saying that should be the price exactly)
That way it costs you to have more than what everyone has, and the random people who post pathetic contracts can't flood it with nonsense as easily.

Two people can reach the new cities, because Cristian bought out enough of the EXP packs to get to 62.
Hence, he's caught up. So need a new goal now, for people who wanted to level at some point.
And Also: The only two people who are truly leveling enough to make it worth waiting to add more cities, are both at 62.
BK has been at the top levels for over a year, with no real increase of what he can do with his leveling..
Take off the cap for leveling if anything, and just say add 2.5mill exp to what's needed every 25 extra levels or something.
Eg:
55 - 75: 10mill exp
75 - 100: 12.5mill exp
100 - 125: 15mill exp
125 - 150: 17.5mill Exp.
Etc.
If there were more levels, we might see more people trying to level up over all.

if ppl wanted to level that much they would of went for 60, as bk was 60 for lots of time but till me no1 went for it
do you think ppl will want to level past 62 when they didnt even went for 60 ? doubt it imo
as for new levels i have my theory why trg would want them im indiferent about adding new levels only 3 ppl exept me talked in this thread, all 3 from same gang saying to add more levels
im not saying its a good or bad ideea, but more ppl need to want more levels, not just from 1 gang

Ever think maybe people don't level as much because there's nothing to level for anymore?
The best level has been achieved.. Many people have the items.. The top 3 in each stat are hundreds of millions ahead of the rest of the HoF.
There's nothing to go for, because there's so much separation in everything between rank 5 in the hof, and rank 1 in the hof..
And what can you claim for all the work? "I did something that's already been done!!"
It was a great achievement when BK got to 60, and 62 when it was implemented. But it was nowhere near as great an achievement when you got to 62. Cause for one, you had many millions of exp less to gain for it that BK had to get. and plus, it's already been done. Only people that really care were the ones who would be directly affected by you selling the top items for less to them.
The game is at a standstill right now.. There needs to be more to go for, rather than to just sit here and burn time twiddling our thumbs waiting for something new to be added.
