possible bug when voting

I have noticed the last few days.....that when I vote on apex web gaming I will vote then leave the site but not get my 9 points for voting and it doesnt cross off the website after I have voted....but when I go back to that site to vote it says I have already voted for today......is anyone else having this problem?
