Gang Auctions

There are many of gangs in the game with leaders and members that have went inactive or banned. So I think ADMIN should auction the gangs off to players in the game and if no one is willing to buy them then delete the gang. Because there is 200+ gangs and there is like 1/4 or more that are inactive and aren't doing nothing and interfere with competing between gangs and leveling.

those gangs should be deleted if there is no member in it thats unbanned
imo no1 should benefit theyr vault cash/points/items or gang colored tag/camp/rank
