If you don't already know me I have been around for a long time, 1159 days to be precise! I have just come back to the game from a long break due to real life problems and have brought a few ideas back with me. Now, I already have a gang and I am looking to turn it into a very well organised and structured gang. The gang doesn't need to be particularly strong, just well organised and flowing with ideas. There vacancies that are available and each vacancy has its own specific job, again relating to good organisation. However, I am going to mix it up a little, many gangs ask for experience when looking for players to take vacancies, I am saying that you need
NO previous experience in the vacancies you apply for, whether that be a leader or a recruitment officer. I will be the Chairman and have very little control of the gang. My job is basically to hold the gang and decide which vacancy is best for each person, the leader will have most control in the gang. However, the leader will not be able to create any rules without it being put past the council members. Get the idea? It's all about structure, organisation and hard work. The gang still needs a theme and a name so get thinking and let me know! Below is a basic diagram of the structure of my gang and a list of the vacancies available with their description:

Job Description:
Leader - The Leader's job is to make all of the vital decisions. The leader will make decisions on things such as wars, who is next in line for better weapons etc. If you are applying for this position you must be active enough to rule effectively, preferably active daily. Along with that, you must be willing to spend time offering advise as well as being very organised. The leader has to be able to give instructions to others and know how to listen to others.
Co-leader/Consigliere - This position is all about being able to work effectively with the Leader. The co-leader needs to be able to listen to the leader but also the other members of the gang and work hard for the gang. Again, they must be active(preferably daily) and willing to go out of their way to help all members of the gang.
Council(x3) - Members of the council need to be inspirational with plenty of idea's. Their main job is to put their opinions across on matters as all ideas must pass through the council before acted upon. They must also be willing to offer plenty of advise to the gang and must have a good understanding of the game as the decisions they make will effect the gang greatly.
Experience Officer - An experience officer must be exceptionally hard-working as they will be working to gain the gang plenty of experience. Along with that, they must be relatively active as they will be helped plenty to train to become stronger as they will do the ajority of the attacking for the gang, unless in a war off course.
Recruitment officer - Speaks for itself really, the recruitment officer is responsible for searching for new recruits and offering advice to other members on where they think a person would be best suited within the gang.
War Officer - Again, I think this speaks for itself. The war officer will be responsible for seeking wars and gaining us our reputation.
Agent - The details of this position will not be mentioned in public and an agent will be chosen when a suitable player is found. Please do not apply for this role.
Financial Administrator - This person will be responsible for all of the gangs funds. They will monitor what goes in and what comes out of the gang vault as well as thinking of ways for the gang to make money.
Ambassador - The ambassador is responsible for our relations with other gangs. This person must be very respectful and know the game inside out. Along with that, this person must be very good with words as they will be building relations with other gangs.
