brasco scammed me and a possible multi-accounter!

brasco join my gang a couple of days ago and asked for help with a house so he can hit harder for the gang. i sent him $5,000,000 from the gang vault to buy a medium house only and he is still homeless and hasnt sent the money back! also, he messaged a member of my gang JOKOS to ask him if he could send $3,000,000 from brasco's account to another account because it wouldnt let him and i thought that this may suggest a multi account? i have told JOKOS not to communicate with brasco until this is dealt with, please help

okay cristian and Mach i was just suggesting because BlackDragon said the same happened to him with brasco and he asked someone in their gang to transfr the money to [T~T] beam aswell, saying it wouldnt let him send it for some reason, which seems odd to me...
