No. You had the points on market and obviously was not in hospital. Therefore you was mugged far and square. Don't be too upset , on Tuesday TRG DaWeasal had 25mil mil of points mugged from him.

Just FYI ~ in the future make sure you are in the hospital or have mug protection on if selling and if you are signing out for the day and they haven't sold take them off the market until you are able to sign back on

Indeed not a scam. Yurik: This is how you successfully play the game. Know that whenever you receive money (coming from market sales, or if some1 else sends you cash), it goes to hand, and is therefore muggable.
Keep that in mind and be more careful when dealing with money. It is a mafiagame
