MysticPanda was banking for me a while ago and i recently asked him for my $15mil back, he didnt reply for a few days and then i said if he doesnt reply within the next week i will report him as a scammer. I said to him that i need my $15mil and that he could keep the interest and i specifically said not to send me the money until i say so. I went offline last night and came back on this morning to find that he had sent me $19,823,368 and it had all been mugged off me. He sent me a message whilst i was offline saying "ive sent you the money, if you lost it its your own fault". Please could i somehow get my $15mil back and could this guy get banned because he shouldnt be able to do this and get away with it.

but he sent on purpous when you was offline, like his mail said
