i dont take sides. i see it for what it is and voice myself and act accordingly! its fairly clear in this situation. hamz cant be banned over this. but he has the option to be the good guy here and return the points for his hat EVEN though he is under no obligation to do so. grumpster u wouldnt if the shoe was on the other foot. or most other ppl wouldnt for that matter. i have nothing against grumpster or hamz. im in-partial in these matters just call it as i see it. so lets drop this subject and move on, one way or another.

The hackings are nothing to do with me, you seem to forget I was hacked too. If there are any security vulnerabilities that I find in this site, then I will do my best to try and find a fix for it for ADMIN. But at the moment, most people that are hacked have been hacked because;

A) They've clicked a link and been phished.
B) They've accepted a "free" account on another game which has led to someone recovering that account,  stealing the password, and hoping it's the same one they use here.

I've been talking to ADMIN via email and at the moment they are the only things I can come up with.

Maybe you're right that I should have been banned, but I was given the benefit of the doubt and ADMIN made the right decision. And again, I reiterate that when I was banned, I had only donated about $50-$100 up until then... So it's nothing to do with me donating money.

Wait.. Am I getting the point of this thread right? If so, this is a riot.. What I'm getting is grump bought a hat from hamza, that he previously owned, "allegedly without realizing he already had it"(but really possibly trying to discredit someone he scammed previously..) paid hamza, and wrote this thread as a scam because hamza would not take the hat back, and return his points? LOL This from the guy who sent someone cash without waiting for their okay - or better yet, for them to be in the hospital, mugged them dry, then claimed if the roles were reversed he wouldn't be complaining.. Well, you sure seem to be complaining now, even though you got what you paid for. He's not obligated to send your the points, or any cash back, you keep the hat, end of story, you continuing to send the hat back to him does not make him a scammer.. If you want to recoup your points or cash, I suggest you resell the hat that you bought on the market.

As for you, JDOG, Grumpster got what he paid for, period. If he had one, or ten of them, there was no way of hamza to know, and really, none of his business. Hamzas job in all of this was to send Grump the item he paid for, which he did, so how you figure that is equal to hamza owing Grump another item of his choosing is beyond me, but again, the bottom line is here, he got the item he paid for so if he wants his cash or points back, it's up to him to resell it, it has nothing to do with hamza after that.

I'm happy to close this report and admit the fact that it was my fault for not checking if I already had the item. I apologize unreservedly to hamza for the waste of time that occurred and to show that I am really sorry, I've sent you 100 points in game.
