i wouldnt go as far as to say they are bullies.. however let it be known that i will not allow black tie killa to pay the leaving fee since he was KICKED from FUC...

i agree that a leaving fee is only to be payed for "Leaving" not being kicked....i figured that the main reason for a leaving fee was to keep people from gang hopping or leaching from a gang then leaving...

As for the bully comment, what is happening is a form of bullying however I would not label every member of FUC a bully because of it.

If it was me I would not pay them a single cent regardless of how much they are going to hit me for it.
If they kicked you, you did not choose to leave, they choose to remove you. If they wanted you out then I don't see why you should pay them for their choice.

This is like your boss firing you and then requesting you pay the company your last weeks work. Its stupid and anyone who thinks Black_Tie_Killa should pay up for being kicked is clearly lacking logic.
