Anti-SPAM Mail System

I've updated the Mail system so now spammers get banned and can't message anyone anymore.
Be careful when you send out PMs:

1. Don't send the same stuff to a lot of people - that will be considered spam and you will get auto-banned.

2. Don't put your text in the subject (I've seen a lot of people doing that) and leave the body of the message empty - that will get you banned also.
