I have no clue, it was to long ago when I did.
At the time I came up with it I was running MOB and most likely wanted a way for us to make more money as a whole.

this idea may be harder to code than black friday
but
it has everything the game needs, it would force more wars, warrring to defend or gain territory
it wouldnt force new players out the game
in fact, i love this idea so much im gonna give it another plus one
