Gang Crime/Events

In pulling gang crimes,i think it would be better if there would be event logs for it like :

1.Who started the crime(in gang event logs)
---> this would also help in determining who among the gang is contributing much for the group.
2. The time the crime has ended/finished.
3. The result of the crime if it failed or if it was successful,money and exp points gained.

Only money-gain.

I think the higher crime which takes 3hrs should be having more money gain. Else its just a waste of time if the crime fails.

Make so all people in gang can start a gang crime, it is called gang crime, it is supposed to be all members there can start one.

You have the "Manage Ranks" function that allows you to give Crime-starting Privileges to anyone in your gang. The gang leader must assign that privilege tho.

what about the possibility of gang crimes giving the gang experience? cause that would also be possible only for active gangs with enough members (cause greater crimes would require greater no. of members).
